Handmade, for you

Since each piece is lovingly crafted by hand, the item you receive may be a bit different than the one pictured. We do our best to accurately note the size and capacity as well, but those dimensions may also vary. If you have any questions before or after ordering feel free to contact us, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Product Care and Safety

Dayna Vreeken Ceramics uses white stoneware clay that is fired twice. It is covered in food safe glazes.

All objects are dishwasher and microwave safe, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that if you leave coffee or tea or other strong coloured food sitting in the bottom of your piece, it may cause discolouration and crackles. We recommend cleaning them in a timely fashion. Dayna Vreeken Ceramics is not responsible for breakage due to improper care.

Shipping

Please allow -10 days for processing before shipment. It's only Dayna here, so I appreciate your patience.

Dayna Vreeken Ceramics ships to Canadian and the USA. The customer is responsible for any additional duty or taxes incurred. Dayna Vreeken Ceramics is not resonsible for any delays in customs or shipping.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, returned or refused packages.

Damaged Goods

We take great care in packaging your pieces so that they will arrive safely. If a product has been damaged in the mail, please email us with a picture of the pot along with the name the order was placed under within 2 days of receiving the item. We'll remake the order or issue a store credit. Please note that no refunds will be given after 2 days after receiving the item.

Every piece is inspected for flaws before leaving our studio, but we are only human. In the event of a defective item, notify me with a description of the issue-we will diagnose the problem and can ship a replacement or issue store credit (your choice) upon determination of a defect. Please note, all products are handcrafted. There may be slight variation in color, texture, finish + size. These are not considered flaws.

Refunds

Please note we do not give refunds, cancel orders, or make exchanges once they are placed.

We do our utmost to package your ceramics with great care. Please contact us within 2 days if your order was damaged in shipping and we will re-send your order or issue a refund as soon as we are able.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are accepted on a case by case basis, and with a minimum of approximately $400. Send an email to daynavreekenceramics@gmail.com with your ideas and I will get back to you.

Please note I cannot do orders that are not in line with my aesthetic and values.
